Sign in and Sign out

Signing in

Note that to sign in to this Top Down app, you must have an account. Your account is created by Hectre Administrators. Please contact us if you do not have any.

Step 1

After you have finished setting up the Top Down application on your computer, you will see the below icon on your desktop.

• Click the icon to open up the app and take you to the login page

Step 2

• Enter email address and password
• Click Login

After signing in you'll see the main application page (see image below)

Note - If you close the application, you will need to sign in again later. To stay signed in, leave the application open.

Signing out

1. From the main screen, click on the Log out button in the top right corner

2. You will be asked to confirm logging out 

3. Click OK to log out of the app
