Setting up Teamviewer to get Remote Support

If you require remote support from the Hectre administrators, follow the steps below.

  • If you would like remote support on your computer: Install TeamViewer
  • If you would like remote support on your iPhone or iPad: Install TeamViewer QuickSupport

Installing Teamviewer on Your Computer

  1. Download and install TeamViewer from the Teamviewer official website
  2. Open TeamViewer
  3. Locate Allow Remote Control and Your ID and Password (see the image below).Note that the“Your ID”and “Password” values are automatically generated by TeamViewer.
  4. Send the “Your ID” and “Password” values to Hectre’s administrators.

A Hectre administrator will now be able to access your device to locate and fix any issues.

Installing TeamViewer QuickSupport on Your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Apple App Store application.
  2. Search for the TeamViewer QuickSupport app.
  3. Open the TeamViewer QuickSupport app page on the App Store.
  4. Download and install the app to your device.
  5. Open the TeamViewer QuickSupport app
  6. Locate the “Your ID” string (see the image below), which is automatically generated by the TeamViewer application.
  7. Select Send your IDto send the “Your ID” string to Hectre’s administrators.

A Hectre administrator will now be able to access your device to locate and fix any issues.
