Having your app updated ensures everything works as it should. Follow steps below to update your app, check your app version, and enable auto-updates so you never miss out!

Open the Apple App Store application

Step 2

Search for the Hectre app

Step 4

Check the current version:

• If there is an Open button, you have the latest version
• If there is an Update button, you are on an older app version
  • Click on the Update button to get the latest version

If you're having problems with the app, our support team may ask what your current app version is. Here's how to check what version you are using.

• With the app open, click the menu button and see the version number in the bottom left corner

How to Enable Automatic App Updates

We recommend turning on automatic updates so that you always have the latest version of the Hectre app.

Step 1

Open the Settings on your iPad/iPhone.

Step 2

• Click on the App Store section.
• Enable the App Updates option (see the image below).
