Add a New Lot from the Top Down App

If a new grower doesn't have a lot ID assigned, you can create one for them with the Top Down app by following the below steps:

Step 1

• Open and sign in to the desktop TopDown application
• After selecting variety, click the + Add lot button

Step 2

• Enter the lot name or number
• Click Ok to save the lot
• You will now see the new lot name on your lot list

Note that a lot name should be one word, without spaces between letters, and it shouldn't exceed 255 characters.
