Set Your Password
Welcome to Spectre!
Once a user account is created, an email will automatically be sent from "Hectre" with a link to set your password.
Click "Click here to reset your password" to create your password (see below)
Didn't get an email?
- Look in your trash or spam mail folders.
- Use the search feature on your email to find emails from noreply@hectre.com
- Check the email address you've used is correct
Password link expired?
Don’t worry, it’s easy to send yourself a new link. Simply follow the instructions below.
💻 Request a new password from the web
- Click on Forgot Password (see image below)
- Enter email address
- Click Send Reset Link
This will send another email with a new link to setup a new Hectre password.
Note: If you don't receive an email, check the email address you've entered is correct!
📱Request a new password from the mobile app
- From the log in page, click Forgot Password (see image below)
- Enter email address
- Click Ok
- Check your email for an email from Hectre and click "Click to reset your password".
- You will be redirected to a new page to reset your password. Enter in the “new password” box and click save.
