Email Report Failed to Send

When sending yourself email reports from the app, you may encounter a "failed to send" message.


Why has the report failed to send?

  • There is no data for the selected date range
  • The date range selected is too small - try selecting a longer date range
  • The data is still processing or has failed to process - wait a few minutes and then try again
  • Our server is overloaded - wait 10–15 minutes before trying again
  • The receiver email addresses are not valid - check the addresses and re-enter as needed
