Email Report Failed to Send
When sending yourself email reports from the app, you may encounter a "failed to send" message.
Why has the report failed to send?
- There is no data for the selected date range
- The date range selected is too small - try selecting a longer date range
- The data is still processing or has failed to process - wait a few minutes and then try again
- Our server is overloaded - wait 10–15 minutes before trying again
- The receiver email addresses are not valid - check the addresses and re-enter as needed
