Create Personal Timesheets (MyTimesheet) | Android
This article is specifically about recording a timesheet for yourself using the MyTimesheet module on the Android Hectre app.
In this article we'll show you how to:
- Clock In
- Add another job or location
- Add a lunch break
- Clock out
- Delete a timesheet
- Edit a timesheet
Clock In
Step 1
To find the MyTimesheet module, click the menu button on the top left and select ‘My Timesheet’.
Step 2
- Click Profile Actions
- Click Add Job
Step 3
- Click on the activity you’ll be doing.
Step 4
- Choose the location you’ll be working in
- Click Select Time
Step 5
- Choose the time you’re starting the activity
- Click Done
Add Another Job or Location
Step 1
- Click Profile Actions
- Add Job
- Add Job, Location, and Time (see above steps 3, 4, 5)
Add a Lunch Break
Step 1
- Click Profile Actions
- Click Lunch Break
Step 2
- Select lunch break time and length
- Click Add Lunch Break
Clock Out
Step 1
On the last job of the day:
- Click Clock Out
Step 2
- Assign a clock out time
- Click Clock Out
Delete a Timesheet
Step 1
- Swipe left on the job you want to delete
- Click the trash can icon
Edit a Timesheet
Step 1
- Click Edit on the job you want to change
- Update job, location, and time as needed
Note
If only updating one detail such as time, simply click on the already highlighted and chosen job and location before continuing the time selection page.
Step 2
- Click Done to update the changes
