The App isn't Working!

If you're experiencing an unusual issue with the app, there's a few things you can do to try and fix it:

✅ Check your app is the latest version - how to update the app

✅ Check you're connected to the internet

✅ Log out of the app

✅ Shut down the app

✅ Open the app

✅ Log in again
