Change Job or Move Location

Your team has completed a job in a certain location and it’s time to move them on to their next task. Keep reading to find out the easiest way to change their location or job type in Hectre.

Step 1

In the Timesheet module select the Clocked In button to view a list of clocked in crew.
Select the team members you wish to change the job or location for or simply select all

Step 2

Select the Edit button at the top right of screen
In the resulting options select either change location or change job

Step 3

If you selected Change Job select the job type you are moving your team onto.
Select the location you wish to clock your team into for the new job
Select the time you wish you team to start the new work and select Clock In.

This will Clock your team out from the original task and create a new timesheet entry. To review go to the summary view. In the summary view you will see the original job has been clocked out and a new timesheet entry has been created.
