View all Timesheets (Managers Only) | iOS

As a manager or owner you may want to take a look at what's happening in the field on any given day. Hectre makes this super easy by allowing those with Manager or Owner account types to view each team's timesheets in the Hectre app while they're out-and-about (see our article outlining each account type and user permissions). 

Step 1

• Click on the menu icon in the top left

• Click on  Timesheet

  

Step 2

• Click on Supervisor
• Choose the person whose team you'd like to view

Step 3

• Click on Summary 

NOTE If you want to look at summaries for a different day, click on Today and choose the desired date

Step 4

• View the Daily summary or view the whole Weekly summary
• To get back, click on Timesheet on the bottom right
