Adding Multiple Buckets
Are you tired of the repetitive task of logging individual buckets for each picker during your cherry and berry picking process? Look no further! The Hectre app allows you to add multiple buckets per picker in just one action. This means less time spent on data entry and more time spent on what really matters - picking those juicy fruits! Read on to learn how to make the most of this time-saving functionality.
Once you have setup your team and assigned the appropriate details for the buckets you can now start adding buckets.
Step 1:
Once you are ready to start recording buckets in the Cherry Module you will see a toggle to the right of screen to Add Multiple Buckets. If you wish to add multiple buckets at a time select this toggle and it will highlight to green to indicate this functionality is now on.
Step 2:
There are two ways from here that you can add multiple buckets for a staff member.
Scan User Badge
- Ensure the Scan option is enabled by selecting the Scan text at the top left of screen. Doing so will display the scan icon to the right of screen.
- Tap and scan the staff badge QR code. This should result in the add multiple buckets screen being displayed. Image to come
Manual bucket addition
- Select the picker you wish to assign buckets to on the left of screen. Select the ADD BUCKET button to the bottom right.
- You will now be asked to enter the number of buckets you wish to add. This will be limited to 10 to minimise the chances of entering a crazy number such as 100 by mistake. Once you have entered the number simply select Confirm and this will credit the selected picker with the number of buckets you have entered. If you wish to change the bucket limit, please reach out to your awesome Customer Success representative and they can take care of this for you.
