Introduction to the Spectre Dashboard


View all your Spectre results on the Spectre Dashboard to access features such as:

Highlights for Growers

  • See the overall size of each of your varieties
  • How your blocks or lots size up against each other
  • Make decisions on future growing practices based on your harvest results

Highlights for Packers / Storage / Sales

  • Search by size and color to find which lot or block have the sizes you need to help you:
    • decide which CA rooms to open
    • know if you have the sizes you need to fulfill specific orders
  • Prepare your packing lines based on the size distribution of the lot or block you're going to pack
  • Visualize your fruit with simple size and color graphs, and view images of the fruit that was sized.

How to Access the Dashboard


Step 1

Head to app.hectre.com and log in with your usual username and password


Note: If you are a new user, or you don't have a Hectre login, please reach out to your Hectre representative or contact Hectre Support. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password".

Step 2

  • In the menu panel on the left, click on the "S" for Spectre (1)






🍎 View Images and Results


Step 1

Head to app.hectre.com and log in with your usual username and password


Note: If you are a new user, or you don't have a Hectre login, please reach out to your Hectre representative or contact Hectre Support. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password".

Step 2

  • In the menu panel on the left, click on the "S" for Spectre (1)
  • Click anywhere on a group "box" to view results (2)

Step 3

View results page - Understanding the results page

  • Click on any of the images to open in fullscreen.
  • On the top right of the images you can see how many of the photo's captured failed to process vs successfully processed images.



Step 3

Click the back arrow in the top left to return to the main screen


🔍 Advanced Searching


Numbers in image correspond with numbers listed below:

  1. Search by date
  2. Optional: choose the fruit type (if you have multiple)
  3. Filter by groups containing certain peak sizes
  4. Filter by groups containing certain color coverage
  5. Type in the search bar and select from the drop-down menu
    • e.g. type "Fuji" and select "Search Variety for: Fuji"

Hint: You can apply multiple searches at once. For example, search by "Variety: Fuji", and "Lot: JS Growers" to see all Fuji's for "JS Growers"


📊 Aggregate Results


Step 1

Start by searching for the data you want to aggregate (combined results).


Numbers in image correspond with numbers listed below:

  1. Apply filters (e.g. by variety)
  2. Click the check boxes or "All" of groups you want to aggregate
  3. Click "View Details"

Step 2

Click on "Aggregated Results" (1)

The results charts will now be showing totals based on the selected groups. You can also see the total bins, fruit, and average size for the results (2)

⚖️ Compare Lots

Numbers in image correspond with numbers listed below:

  1. While viewing multiple groups, click "Compare to other lots"
  2. The totals per lot and it's comparable lots will be shown
    • e.g. in image below, 3 bins for fruit for lot "JS Growers" are being compared against 1 bin for other lots
  1. Graph information showing which color represents the main lot selected, and the lots you're comparing it to



📥 Download and Email Results


There are multiple areas where you can download information from. Let's take a look below!


From the main search page

  • Apply your filters and click the Email or Download button from the top right (1)
  • With groups selected, click the Email or Download button (2)

From the group results page

  • Click the Email or Download button on the top right (1)
    • this will contain data for all groups on the page
  • Click the icons seen in image below (2) to download or email results for just the group highlighted in yellow.
