Adding or Editing Export Countries, Rates and Treatments for Bin Dockets

In this article we'll show you how to add and edit some of the bin information available to select when Recording Picking Jobs. This information can be chosen to be printed on the bin docket if you wish. Check out our article on how to Customize Bin Docket Information.

This information will be set up on the Hectre Web Dashboard by a manager.

Below is an example of the information that can be selected when recording what's in a bin on the Hectre App. We'll be focusing on how to add / edit:

  • Part 1 - Exported Countries (optional)
  • Part 2 - Treatments (optional)
  • Part 3 - Rates (mandatory)

*Part numbers 1, 2, 3 correspond to the image below taken from the Hectre App. This screen is seen when creating a bin docket in the Picking module. A Rate must be chosen when creating a bin docket*

Part 1 - Add / Edit Export Countries

If you export your fruit you can specify where the fruit in the bin will be exported to. This can be used for your own records, or be printed on the bin docket if the receiver of the bin needs to be aware of these details.

Head to:

  • Admin (1)
  • General (2)
  • Export Countries (3)
  • Add New Export Country (4)
    • OR Click on existing country option to Edit details
  • Add name of Export Country (5)
  • Click Save (5)
    • OR Click Delete to remove the country (5)

Part 2 - Add / Edit Treatments

You can specify what treatments the fruit in the bin have had applied to them for your own records, or to be printed on the bin docket if the receiver of the bin needs to be aware of these details.

Head to:

  • Admin (1)
  • General (2)
  • Treatments (3)
  • Add New Treatment (4)
    • OR Click on existing treatment to Edit details
  • Add name of Treatment (5)
  • Click Save (5)
    • OR Click Delete to remove the treatment (5)

Part 3 - Add / Edit Bin Rates

The rates you add here will be available to be applied to the bins being recorded. These rates will be used to calculate the pickers wages.

Head to:

  • Admin (1)
  • General (2)
  • Rates (3)
  • Add New Rate (4)
    • OR Click on existing rate to Edit details
  • Enter Rate amount (5)
  • Click Save (5)
    • OR Click Delete to remove the rate (5)
