Clock in Your Team

It’s time to clock your crew in. Keep reading to find out how.

Step 1

  • Navigate to the Timesheet Module by selecting menu button at the top left of your screen and then selecting Timesheet
  • You will need to build your team if this hasn’t been done already. To find out how have a look here.

Step 2

  • Head to the Clocked Out tab on Timesheet
  • Choose team members to assign to a job by clicking their name (learn how to add people to your team here)
  • If they’re all doing the same job at the same time, you can use the Select All button at the top of the team member’s list
  • Click the + icon on the top right to add a job.


Step 3

  • Select the job your team members will be working on


Step 4

  • Choose a job location
  • Click Select Time


Step 5

  • Choose a Start Time for the job.
  • Click Clock In.

Note: Make sure the date and AM / PM are correct!
