Reviewing unassigned bins and buckets in the mobile app
Ideally every bucket and bin logged during harvest will be associated with a timesheet. However with everything happening out in the field we understand that sometimes there will be buckets/ bins that do not align with a timesheet.
Keep reading to see how you can review any unassigned items that are associated with your team.
Step 1
- Navigate to the Timesheet module
- Select the Date you want to review
- Navigate to the Summary View
Step 2
- If there are any unassigned buckets or bins you will see the notification as displayed
- Select the notification to view the unassigned items
Step 3
- Selecting the notification will take you to a view which lists all the pickers in your team that have unassigned buckets.
- For each picker you will be able to see the number of buckets that are unassigned along with location details of where those buckets were logged.
Step 4
- To view the timesheet information for a particular picker for that day select the view button.
- This will take you to a summary view of the timesheets for that picker on that day.
Resolving unassigned items.
To resolve unassigned items you will need to do one of two things depending on where the issue lies.
- Edit the timesheets to match the location of the buckets by either editing existing timesheets or adding new timesheets.
- This can be done via either the main timesheet summary view or the specific picker summary mentioned in step 4 above. For further assistance please review our online documentation on creating a timesheet or editing existing timesheets.
- Edit the details of the buckets or bins to match the timesheet location.
