This rate will be applied to all staff who do not have a personalized wage rate set up. This rate is also used for staff working piece rate as a guide for what their minimum earnings need to be. Hectre will calculate how much extra a piece rate worker needs to be paid to meet minimum wage pay.
You can also update your company paid break length and sick leave length from the account defaults page.
In Hectre you can keep track of jobs completed by employees, but also track days that your staff don't come to work. Hectre has three different categories of absent days.
Add staff to your account
You're able to add people one-by-one, or a large amount of people at once by importing a file.
Before adding staff, you should learn about the different account types for Hectre.
You can also label staff belonging to a certain group to assist when running payroll for different groups such as from certain contractor companies - defining staff groups
